The management division consists of:
- the Organizational and Methodological Division for Work with the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation
- the Division for the Analysis of Provision of Medicines and Circulation of Medical Devices in the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation
- the Information and Analytics Division
The Management Division of Regional and Interdepartmental Cooperation in the Field of Hematology was established in 2021 in order to improve the organizational and legal aspects of providing medical care in the field of hematology, to improve cooperation with executive authorities in the field of health protection at the regional and federal levels, and to improve interdepartmental interaction.
THE MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT
- Implementation of the Development Strategy of the Hematology Service of the Russian Federation under the leadership of the chief freelance specialist-hematologist of the Ministry of Health of Russia, E.N. Parovichnikova
- Implementation of activities within the framework of the National Project "Healthcare" as well as federal projects that fall under its umbrella
- Implementation of organizational, methodological and analytical tasks included in the functions of the national medical center in accordance with applicable regulations
- Solving issues of regulatory regulation of the hematology service, mechanisms of financial and drug provision, registration and accounting of patients with diseases of the blood system and ensuring the quality and accessibility of medical care to patients with diseases of the blood system in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation
- Building relationships at all levels of the professional community – from hematologists from the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to representatives of federal ministries
- Participation in events aimed at the popularization and improvement of the hematology healthcare industry
