Nephrologist (group leader) of the Dialysis Group with Day Hospital, Candidate of Medical Sciences
Elena Denisova graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Moscow Medical Dental Institute named after N.A. Semashko (1998) and studied in clinical residency at the NMRC for Hematology (1998-2000). Since 2000, she has been working as a nephrologist of the department. She carries various types of renal replacement therapy in intensive care, manages patients with chronic kidney disease and on those on hemodialysis, prepares patients for kidney transplantation, and manages patients in the early and late post- transplantation period.
She took part in the test of the Prometheus artificial liver device in Russia.
Denisova defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences on the topic "Extracorporeal detoxification in the treatment of patients with acute hepatic and hepatic-renal insufficiency in a hematology clinic" (2013).
Since 2019, she has been the head of the Dialysis Group with Day Hospital.
Denisova conducts administrative, medical and advisory work. She is an active participant in scientific conferences and in the development of clinical recommendations.
